      Pros

      Staff are lovely. Restaurant is popular and busy.

      Cons

      Owners are a nightmare, nice and charming initially but snippy, arbitrary, difficult and thin skinned in reality. Pay is okay - but although they quote as salary - it is definitely hourly and will dock pay and holiday pay for everything. Very high turnover of floor staff also makes for a tough work environment.

      Cons

      Minimum wage, but request a lot to now. Waiters get 2-3gbp of service charge per hour which is very low
