      Full of New Opportunities

      Pros

      SanBio has one of the most interesting and innovative stem cell product that I have seen in any pharmaceutical landscape. The small company setting will expose you to lot of opportunities that you won't get to do for many years in medium-big pharma settings.

      Cons

      There won't be much of a quality infrastructure to guide your work. The small company setting creates heavy workload for everyone which often makes it difficult to collaborate with others

      Pros

      Small office so you meet everyone. There are nice people, but most leave within short amount of time. It is very easy for good talent to find another role.

      Cons

      Harassment is not uncommon. Very high turnover. Issues are very apparent, but management chooses to ignore.

      - New Management with transformational leadership has truly changed the vision and outlook of SanBio - Many new changes that have put an emphasis on employees and patients - Exciting technology and really intelligent, high-performing teams - Growth and expansion ahead as a global company - Startup company environment where everyone knows everyone

      Cons

      - Benefits and stock options are not to industry standard (but hopefully changes will be coming) - Buildings for U.S. site are not conducive to attracting talent and limiting to future capacity as company expands
