Management often over promised to clients and left the employees in the middle to sort it out. The office environment was messy and loud which could be hard to work on. There were never any bonuses even if someone brought on a good client or worked on an event which made the company a lot of money. Got laughed at for suggesting that other companies had other benefits like gym membership.
