Random project selection, no clarity on the work they want to do Promoting people multiple times a year, while some don't get promoted no matter how hard they work If you quit the organisation, the manager tells u- u will not get a job anywhere else!! The quality of work has gone down, one will only learn to make verbose ppts with a lot of jargons

1. Very bad work-life balance 2. The senior leadership in foundations department is not supportive and alignment with them is very difficult 3. Some managers lack experience and hired based on their communication skills, no sector experience or Consulting experience 4. Lack of L&D suport 5. Some projects might be too vague
