No best reason it is better to work in other infrastructure company
Cons
Company management is very poor I leave company more than 2 months till date my full and final settlement not done no one can answer propertly nothing . Increment is done after 2 years no increment every year .

Company have given the full responsible and freedom to achieve the target and i feel great and excitement when my boss great me when i meet the target.
Cons
During the slow season, the job starts to feel like a grind. Other Real Estate companies are all scrambling for the same clients and the competition is cutthroat. The job requires someone who can adapt quickly to a changing market.
