Like many call centers, it's a great place to improve your English skills, also there is growth in the middle to long term within the company since it is still growing. The company has 2 major campaigns for medium size companies and a few other small companies with just one or two representatives each.
Cons
They provide a contract where the salary is divided into 2 payments, one coming from the company Scalepex and the other from CATEM, a labor union. Due to this fact, the taxable salary is only half the total amount paid. According to Mexican law, taxable income is what's considered when asking for a home loan or any other loan that the government provides meaning that you could only ask for half the amount that you earn.
