Can have shift every day of the year

It is a very physical job, not because of you are carrying heavy stuff, but you are do not st down during the whole time and shifts tend to last between 6 and 10 hours

Unreliable hours, mostly worked on banquets.

Not fun at all. I was not allowed much autonomy and there was a strong feeling of hierarchy - needing to obey your bosses without question - this is not something I personally look for in a bartending job. There was zero actual diversity on our team.

-Poor pay in regards to responsibilities -Poor career advancement possibilities -Senior Management don't seem to fully read/or understand CVs (you'll get overlooked for jobs for other who are much less qualified)

To low pay, even with years of experience

The enviroment is not the best, a lot of discrimination.

Fast paced, can be very variable hours.

Pretty low pay, a lot of customers.
