Sometime work is to much and the payment needs to increase

I dont have anything to say about it

Sometimes cheap on putting more staff on busy days

Sometimes you get to do more than what you signed for.

Would be great to have more experienced people

Not enough of staff at all shifts

heavy dish carrying, not good for the back, as someone new they don't really teach you properly what you're supposed to do or do it very fast, not many work hours as a part timer, you need to compete with other employees to get work hours

In my time working for Scandic I did not have any difficulties or challenges. My supervisor was always available for questions
