The worse company I have EVER worked for. Around 400-420 studio type rooms with only 4 housekeepers, only 2 of those being fulltime. At interview they will tell you that they have a good team work ethic and that "everybody chips in". Its a lie, the only time all will chip in is if they have no choice! The housekeepers are worked to the bone, you will have blisters on the soles of your feet as once your employed by scape your become their slave. Housekeepers are made to clean some of the most disgusting sights you could set your eyes on! From maggots, fly invasions, piles of rotten rubbish to bodily fluids from all ends of the human anatomy!! They will also tell you that your main duties are to clean the common areas such as study rooms corridors gym etc. This is also a lie as they tend to change their area of business as and when they please and expect their very small number of employees to take on the burden. If you want a life outside of your working life scape is not the company for you because you will rarely get two days in a row off! And the weekends? There is no such thing!
Oh and last of all, the students are very privileged and have no respect for their living environment. So privileged that you will be cleaning their dishes and cleaning up their feaces as they have probably never learned to wipe their backsides correctly.
