      Pros

      Location in central Fitzroy and the friendliness of the greater team is a great.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks training and is very dogmatic - salaries are rarely increased and the director team is known for their rudeness and pettiness.

      Very talented group of people that work hard to produce quality work. You will learn alot working at Scharp. Management providing plenty of events for learning and socializing.

      Pros

      Everyone who isn't a director is skilled and great to work with, location and office are both positives.

      Cons

      Managing Director is a rude, ignorant bully. Directors micro manage and place high stress and pressure on their staff, limited rewards and very low pay.
