firstly they treat humans like printing machines. make them clock 8 hours everyday thinking that they will squeeze out proportional X amount of creative content output in Y hours. they think they just got to control the Y variable, that is make sure everybody is clocking exactly 8 hours. secondly they make you work 6 days of week and you will spend at least 10 to 12 hours in the office everyday. the business is a family run cartel and there is no revenue. this product has been in development since the last 10 years and it will continue to be. they think they are just looking for that one Rockstar employee which will change their course of direction but it will actually never come since their whole foundation is flawed.

Too many to start with - Toxic work culture with unrealistic expectations - Assumes employees have no life outside of work, demanding constant overtime - Excludes break time from the expected 8-hour shift, treating workers like machines - Prohibits coffee while working, ignoring basic comfort and productivity needs - Sets unreasonable deadlines, expecting too much in too little time - Believes everything can be handled by ChatGPT instead of valuing human effort
