Pros
Very flexible work schedule and easy work-life balance.
Cons
Leadership has the tendency to micromanage so it can feel like you're constantly looking over your shoulder. Leadership will let you go with zero notice or reason if they do not like you or decide you are no longer needed. Pay is on the lower side due to it being a small company.

This is an amazing company to work for. Super relaxed about work hours and nobody is harping on when things will get done. Absolutely love working for the company.
Cons
Only downsides would be that it's a small company so don't expect super competitive salary.
