Cons
A lot of leadership left before the pandemic and the company took a toll for the worst. Leadership does not communicate with employees, they don't ask for feedback and if they get feedback, they handle it by putting out a fire in one area and burning a fire in another. Employee compensation is disrespectful. This year they asked employees to do more work and did not increase their pay. They are burn out and are looking for other options. There is a mess of miscommunication and the turnout over the past 2 years has been insane. The mission is great, but this company does not care about its employees. It cares about its business and profiting using the name it established by doing other things. I would not recommend working here for your sanity.
