      Pros

      Only one reason to work here is learning tech.

      Cons

      In the starting 1 or 2 month you will get your salary on time but after that there is one or two month delay in salary which will be continued to the last until you resign. But after resign they doesn't clear your dues even after 1 year. I also have my uncleared dues with this company. Now they are openly denied about dues clearance.

      Hands to learning for everyone directly from Head of Department Give opportunities to the freshers. Friendly and understanding working environment.

      Only basic benefits for employees. Should provide the bonuses to the employees' overtime.

      Nothing good to mention honestly, only waste of time and energy.

      Cons

      Management is toxic and unprofessional, they force employees to install tracking software that takes screenshots every 5 minutes on personal laptops, no respect for privacy or basic rights, sudden termination without reason, worst experience ever
