Job scope keeps changing anytime they need something, with no real planning from management. One day you can be OT until very late at night, then the next day there’s barely anything to do. Manager goes home on time for drinking sessions and comes back the next day on MC while staff deal with everything. Because the company is always short-handed, you’ll slowly get pushed into taking on more and more work. Everyone is expected to “help,” but once something goes wrong, the blame lands on you. When people get fired, their work just gets dumped on whoever is left. You’re expected to fix all the problems, and if you can’t, somehow it becomes your fault. Gaslighting to make you feel guilty that you never perform well in your job.
