Pros
There is a customer first mentality where the company genuinely loves their customers. Loads of Autonomy, rewards hard workers and wants you to make decisions. You have shin in the game. Your opinion is valued. WHS is is important and they want you to go home safely. Profit share is awesome.
Cons
Sometimes the workload is high but you are rewarded for it with profit share

Customer base is uncontrolled , lack of filtering . Decision making in purchasing products is quite ambiguous often trying to contemplate how the decision came about
