no work life balance. customer will call/ text at night or weekend. management also no planning. always says economy not ok. but push towards service. no bonus. increment also very less.
This company does not respect employees. Salary payments were delayed and ultimately not given, with no clear communication or resolution from manegement. I strongly advise others to be cautious before joining.
I regret joining and hope other avoid the company
