I had a long standing case of sexual harassment, I feel management did the bare minimum to address the problem. It was basically a company wide seminar on sexual harassment, and they only gave a talk to the guy and he left with a slap on the wrist. They later still allowed this guy to manage young female reports and interns. Culture is also pretty toxic, a lot of gossiping and I found out my sexual harassment case was made public after someone has gossiped about it to other members. Also had another sexual harassment incident where a C-suite member touched my upper thigh. Didn't take any action since he left the company shortly after for personal reasons
