Firstly talking about work-life: - There is no work-life balance over here in this organization. You have to work hard literally sometimes almost for 12 to 14 hours, still they will say that you are not working enough even if your work is good. They expect you to work like a machine only. - There is no appreciation for any good job you do but you will be insulted publicly in-front of everyone that too in very pathetic ABUSIVE language. There is no manners kind of thing over here. - You will not get paid for any over-time or working on weekends i.e. Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays. Speaking of Management : -There is no management at all in this organization as the CTO only looks into everything. CTO has right to do everything right from transferring salary, approving leaves, appraisal and increment etc. -There are delays in everything right from salary to reimbursement, appraisal (like 5-6 months) and all. The HR department over there is for namesake only as they got no rights to do anything. If CTO is out of town or country then there will be a 100% huge delay in getting salary. -There is no HR policy. Whatever HR policy they say is manipulated for company anytime and everytime inside the rooms without even letting know employees. -There is no salary structure. Bonus is included in CTC so the CTC gets variable. If declared CTC is 3.2 then you will get 3.2 or 3 only. There is no good leaves structure also. -They will cry for giving you your appraisal, experience and relieving letter. -Appraisal feedback is manipulated in the end in order to give you less increment. -You will get to hear that there is no appraisal (0%) for you this year as you haven’t performed well even if they have mentioned that 20% appraisal is fixed in offer letter. Things I hated most : -There is a 2.5 years of bond which you have to sign compulsorily. The bond thing will not be told during interview and will be revealed after joining. -Work place is not good. There will be water shortage everyday causing trouble to use toilets etc. AC will either freeze you to catch cold or will breakdown anytime turning the office into huge HOTBOX or say SAUNA. -There is no “Full time cook will whip you up anything you can print a recipe for” thing they have mentioned in their workplace perks. The only thing you will get in name of free food will be Eggs. -There is no guarantee that whatever promise they have told will be kept in the end. Low salary as per market standards, they can even make you work for free. -Five star review is fake.
