Awesome Co-Workers - For a remote environment, the company and the culture has a family feel. Full Autonomy - No micromanagement of your time or day. Every aspect of the company is results based Innovative - We are encouraged to come up with creative ways to make the company better. SecurityTrails foster a sense of ownership and pride in my work so that we all work towards a common goal.
Cons
Due to the pandemic the number of company retreats and meet-up have slowed down. Now with things starting to open back up, we will get back on track.
