      Pros

      -Fast growing exciting company. -Great office culture with no negative office politics. -Interesting work and excellent training provided where needed and opportunities where deserved. Full of talented & helpful employees with everyone pulling in the one direction. -Management are accessible and very open & transparent. -Great city centre location. -Good employee benefits such as free gym, phone and the occasional fancy lunch.

      Cons

      In an ideal world there would be employer pension contributions but understandable that there isn't for a company of this size.
