Great call center leadership but terrible ownership!

Great coworkers, we all enjoyed working with each other, we worked with one another at our previous call center with our fearless leader Phil
Cons
Owner was disorganized, seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing, she was constantly all over the place. She made empty promises about giving employees part ownership and when it came down to it couldn't deliver. She convinced me and others to quit our jobs only to find that we didn't have a job with her a week later. So we quit our jobs to work for her to only not have a job a week later. What gives? She did something similar to our call center leadership.
