      Pros

      They are very lax and you can even be a caught thief on the job, and they will STILL keep you!

      Cons

      Where to start? You are just a cog in a machine to them. They will drop clients and not even notify them that their coverage is gone. Management lies on paperwork and is always late. Just awful.

      One of the best reasons, is helping others. And being able to help people of many age's.

      Cons

      Transportation has been the only con I have ever had in this field.
