    Negative Outlook

I worked at Selfridges part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The staff benefits are great and commission is a healthy competition between staff members. Absolutely love the themes and morning briefs as they can be quite fun and entertaining, especially when its a holiday like halloween and Christmas. The whole department gets involved.

    Cons

understaffed a lot! Consessions do not receive any benefits but have to complete all the training and development training for nothing.

    Advice to Management

allow staff a little more leeway in terms of standing behind the tills. Introduce feet mats for when standing in one place.
