I have been working at Selfridges full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun times when the going was good. Well paid and good discounts, nice team mates. With what is going on it is sad but inevitable that things would change.

    Cons

Some changes have been a long time coming. We have been complaining about the same old issues about too many top level people, too many people involved in everything, too many silos, too many people who don’t really know what they are doing, just too much that is difficult. There’s always been a reluctance to just deal with this and it’s been getting worse.
