      Nice pay with really high expectatiins.

      Pros

      Great bonus, attendance and health and 401k benefits.

      Cons

      Change of higher management created bad culture. Lift trucks went weeks without repairs. Overtime is always available as voluntary but when you are not able to work it is an issue. Micro managing is the go to style of management at Sellars.
