Pay is ALWAYS delayed. HR people have their heads up their behinds. They have no idea how to address the payment delays and would simply respond to their employees with AI-generated text. Don't waste your efforts here. Unprofessional.

I work at Seller Interactive and I am so disappointed. Recently, they laid off 75% of my team due to "financial reasons" yet we have seen several people being hired in more expensive posts (Head of Creative Department, Brand Strategists, etc). I was hurt by this since I have been working with most of these people for almost 2 years now. What takes the cake is that our salaries have been delayed once or twice. They have faced backlash from the employees for these delays and recently, instead of announcing that there's gonna be a delay, they just hid behind "We already posted your salaries, please wait for them to be credited until Monday." My bank receives my salary once they make announcements like that but a lot of my workmates with the same banks have not received theirs yet. They are taking advantage of the fact that some banks take longer to process and most delays are resolved until Monday. From someone who lives from paycheck-to-paycheck just to provide my wife and two kids with a nice family day on my salary days, this delay really took it's toll. I would have accepted if they just told the truth. This is the kind of work environment they provide their employees.
