      Toxic environment with poor leadership and products

      No Pros. You will learn how to deal with poorly trained and short visioned leadership and drama. Very Chinese style management like you are in a prison.

      Zero Flexibility, Maximum Control

      Low entry barrier and no visa requirements.

      Cons

      1. “Flexibility” is nonexistent. One minute late can turn into six minutes deducted from annual leave, which says a lot about how things are run. 2. Very low-trust environment with constant micromanagement. 3. Workload keeps increasing, but performance reviews and recognition never happen. Meanwhile, employees are expected to “self-service” — for example, handling office moves (screens, desk risers) using their own cars. 4. Short-sighted leadership focuses on its own interests more than employees, long term growth and basic humanity.
