- Good HR policies (vacation, sick days, etc).
Cons
- Similar to government pace and policies (which is good if you're into that). - Emphasis on time tracking non-billable work makes things output oriented instead of outcome-oriented.

There were lots of paid lunches and social/team events
Cons
The job description communicated to me was not what it ended up being. No amount of paid lunches could make up for the boredom of spending 95% of my time fixing bugs and cleaning up others' mistakes. Furthermore, it appeared to me that much of these client-billable tasks were not actually approved by the client to begin with, leading to the perception of sketchy business practices.
