      Salary ok but just work elsewhere

      Not much, salary ok though.

      Cons

      Inexperienced and incompetent ownership, resulting in poor decision making, and also avoidance of responsibility. Burning through investors’ cash. Lots of fundamental steps skipped resulting in low quality delivery and many complaints. A Wolverhampton company was merged into Senapt and Tomato (Northern Gas Heating), barely any attempt to integrate the two, and a fear-mongering culture where bullying is the MO. Loads of hiring and subsequent firing. Worst job I’ve ever had. Just work somewhere else…

      Although not the greatest, the salary was OK given the company's size and stage of growth.

      Cons

      ∙ The company is in the scale-up phase but retains a start-up mentality, which can lead to organisational inefficiencies. ∙ Decision-making is centralised with the CEO, leaving employees with little autonomy. ∙ While there are some talented individuals, the overall talent pool is mixed, with a noticeable presence of less experienced staff. This can be frustrating for those like myself who are used to working in high-performance environments.
