      Pros

      The people are great, caring, and it feels like a well knit community.

      Cons

      The upper management seem to not care much about the people at the bottom, especially when it comes to pay raises. A dollar or two increase is the most you’ll get working 2-4 years here. Upper management rules with an iron fist so be careful what you say or do because you may be let go because they dislike you.

      Pros

      Some have ability to learn new machines and are pushed to go back to school to learn more applicable skills. The company does pay for courses taken as well.

      Cons

      It is a revolving door, people get hired and leave after a week. People get reviews 6 - 8 months after their initial date and some even get it when they are finally leaving...which at that point is useless.

      Most people were nice and down to earth, work environment wasn't bad.

      Upper management was not the best and were a bit out of touch with most employees.
