Employee friendly Managers Good recognition for star performers at top management level. Health insurance and WFH whenever needed Good 2 digit hikes for good performers when comparing with other top IT companies.

1) Mature company with lot of freedom 2) Completely Focused on task at hand 3) Pays more than the street 4) Management works at personal level 5) Good opportunity for onsite work and probably migration to on-site

Cons

If you are casual or careless worker, they will sack you eventually maybe after 1 year but will do as they don't have much tolerance for under performers
