      Gifted shoes and I did learn a lot. Pleasant colleagues

      Cons

      It's incredibly difficult to work with a family! They all turn up late while everyone else works a lot of overtime. They don't want to pay for experience always relying on free interns. Everyone ends up leaving the company after a short time because they're not happy

      Family run company means there is no room to progress. The owners/managers mirco-manage you, late lights are pretty much mandatory. The owners/managers don't come into the office until after midday. Pay does not always come through on the day it is meant to. Upon handing in my notice I was asked very unprofessional and inappropriate questions. The staff turn-over is high for a reason.
