Good people, good product, nice office

Cons

The environment is marked by lots of micromanagement, abuse of power, and moral harassment from a specific manager. Attempts to report these issues are often dismissed, with the narrative shifting blame to employees rather than addressing the manager’s behavior. Despite multiple complaints to HR from various employees, the manager remains in their role. This pattern has created a toxic workplace where new hires struggle to stay long-term, as the manager’s actions severely impact mental health and well-being. It’s disheartening to experience such outdated and harmful management practices in 2024—it feels like stepping back in time.
