Pros
Senti Bio Provides good salary, work from home positions and very good benefits and perks.
Cons
Supervisors expect employees to work 24/7 and to be able to work on weekends. There is no work/life balance and they provide minimal or no coaching opportunities to new employees. Supervisors gossip about other colleagues errors and it is accepted. Internal culture could be overwhelming at times.

Pros
Working on cutting edge cell and gene therapies for cancer. Employees are very well taken care of with great benefits and fun work perks. Very collaborative environment and great leadership. Overall a really inspiring place to work where people push boundaries on science and are well supported by the company.
Cons
Not really a con but things move very quickly so you need to be able to adapt and work fast.
