      Overall I enjoyed my time at Serind Labs for the following reasons and more: * Take the ownership of your work as you are forming the bones of the team, and enjoy the feeling of achievement when kicking out the projects * Small, but accountable, friendly and talented team * Flexible working hours and you are able to work remotely up to two months each year * Lots of chance to learn as the new projects come, and keep you on the edge of industry trending * Flat management, so you can directly talk to CEO * Good location near the vigorous Spadina/Richmond area * Seasonal team drinking/dinner

      Very small(but functional) team, so sometimes feel a little bit overwhelmed

      Pros

      hours is very flexible, most of the time you can decide when and where to work. you can also work from another country, which is very convenient if you like to travel and work at the same time.

      Cons

      project management is still not there yet, so the project timeline could get a bit tight, team member responsibility need to be more clearly defined.
