            Pros

You get compensated for some of the stuff you buy, which is great if you were going to buy it anyway.

            Cons

If you are older than 20, you get significantly less jobs. Despite not working for the company in 2 years, I still get emails and texts from them asking if I want to do work for them. The compensation is not enough for some of the stuff they ask you to buy, and you will get taxed on it. Working out to less than minimum wage. This is not a good job to have if you work another job.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Thanks for your feedback above. Please remember that you do not have to complete any audits where you feel the pay does not represent good value for you, as there is no obligation to complete any of the audits assigned. We complete regular internal audits of our hourly pay rates, and currently, our average hourly rate of pay is considerably higher than minimum wage (we do not include the cost of the item in this calculation, only net pay per audit). We do have plenty of non-age-restricted work available which you are welcome to complete. However, if you no longer wish to work for us, please get in touch with your Area Manager, and we can remove you from our system.

                      Business Outlook

                      Pros

The work is genuinely enjoyable - you get to visit new places around your area (or further) and get paid to do it. The communication from managers is generally very good, they are all very friendly and make you feel valued. The rewards can be very good (free alcohol, food, vapes). Develop self-confidence by pushing your comfort zone, for example, you may not be allowed to show ID or have to enter a gambling shop.

                      Cons

The pay is variable - some days it can average to £10 an hour or more after expenses, however sometimes (especially when travelling) it works out closer to £4/5 an hour. This isn't completely unexpected with a flexible position though. The mileage payments often don't cover how much has actually been spent on fuel, especially when completing many audits in a single built-up area or when audits are spaced weirdly apart.

So pleased you're enjoying it, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! Where possible, please provide your area manager with key information about local areas if you feel this will be helpful for them and be more efficient for you and other auditors. Thanks again for your valuable feedback!

                        Pros

                        Interesting work. Flexible. Good pay.

                        Cons

Can require lots of travel - but travel costs are reimbursed.

Do you experience that how long the hiring process would take at Thermo Fisher? I got my second interview with hiring manager at the beginning of November but I haven’t heard nothing from them. When I’ve emailed them to check in they just said that the process would be slow, no time frame. I would be able to get an offer soon from other company but work as contractor. Should I wait for Thermo Fisher?

                      Alex L.

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
