Middle management truly run the show and block those under them from taking any ownership of projects. There is no team building activities, the office floor is dead silent most of the time, little interaction amongst co-workers.
Some systems are super dated and have to be done manually which takes so much time and less time efficient.
There is also one director who yells at certain employees and nobody really does anything to stop it--probably in fear of their own jobs or being yelled at next.
The HR is not "bad" per se--but overworked and can not really give much individual attention. There is only two of them and at least 200 employees including warehouses and offices.
