Pros

-Nice people -Good tech with a chance to get a lot of market share (if the Coronavirus doesn’t wipe out restaurant\retail). -Decent sales cycle, chance to make decent money

Cons

We were asked to do these reviews. To be honest I’m not a real fan of the company. All politics, little room for advancement (most of the salary and headlines go to executives with over-inflated egos and senses of self-importance). Our genius of a CMO’s primary contribution was changing our customer event to “ServiceX” which definitely sounds like a new adult film channel online. Marketing team is either at home or leaving early - where are our leads? This is the problem with this company - they hire brand names and not talent. Of course you get a CMO with zero demand background and zero experience running a soup to nuts marketing program because she was sheltered in Salseforce her whole career. Pathetic.

Horrible Leadership Across All Areas

Pros

Great Health Care Reasonable 401k Match with instant vesting Great Vacation Policy

Cons

No leaders in sight, only managers who have no problem saying they would have done that some other way after you have reached out for guidance multiple times with no support or input. Corporate leadership is dishonest with employees, customers, vendors and the media. Transparency is in the mission statement...that is the only place it exists. There is a trend of promoting people who are good workers to management positions where they become tyrants. Current product is broken. Customers have been contractually promised updates & upgrades the company won't deliver because engineering team dances like puppets to build new features to soothe the will of their maniacal CEO instead of repairing the core features that do not work right, or providing support for features clients paid for specifically. All in all just not a moral company, they are focused on looking good on the outside for acquisition but are not interested in actually building a decent product. I feel for the support & success team who are tasked with keeping customers happy...cannot imagine how awful their jobs are!
