Overtime is a given. Management contradicts one another. Job description changes all the time. Expect you to work crazy hours and lots of it. Totally understaffed and management/ Practice Managers don’t know what they are doing. Make sure you get everything in writing if you are contemplating working here. If you don’t say yes to anything, count yourself out of the job.

Toxic environment, overloaded with work, terrible salary. No reviews. No mentorship. Extremely high staff turn over. Management are no help whatsoever and put pressure on you to take on more work when you are already drowning. Avoid, there are far better places to work with much better culture. If you are not a “yes man” don’t bother working here. Contradictory advice from different managers - every man for themselves there.
