      1. The culture pushes you to think 2 - 3 steps ahead, which keeps you sharp and constantly learning. 2. Very thin layers, so you get exposure to senior leaders (VP level and above) and learn directly from them. 3. Exciting projects and lots of ownership if you’re proactive.

      Cons

      1. Fast paced environment, which can feel overwhelming at first. 2. Office space is quite full, but improvements are underway.
