1. Very poor management (especially CEO-Highly Manipulative)
2. No HR policies and team in place
3. Only staff augmentation company (They call themselves Product based but just don't listen them)
4. If you are working on internal stuff, your life will be hell and you won't learn anything (Thanks to God that I have only worked a couple of months on internal stuff)
5. While working internally, you will work on products that are not in the market and you will just pass your time and have to bear the torture of management
6. They will hire you as a servant and can give any work (they gave me a task to talk to my client and request new projects and new resources) and if not done CEO will start misbehaving with you
7. Don't join at any cost
