Strange structure for what should be an academic institution. New teachers aren't respected at all and are sometimes observed by less qualified and less experienced teachers. Management is concerned with how it's always been done and reacts very negatively to criticism. Favoritism is rampant. The director isn't entirely qualified to be one and when there's any pressure, it becomes blatantly obvious. Seems like some of the old guard are trying to squeeze a few more years out of the program before the contract is up for renewal, and as such, they're not making the best long-term decisions.

-The director and others in charge clearly lack training and experience and have little regard for teachers well-being. It makes every aspect of your life difficult from your apartment to the classroom. -In the classroom you are often required to teach students obviously incorrect information to satisfy egos of incompetent managers that makes teaching difficult and hurts rapport with students. -The lack of accountability and nepotism within management can lead to toxic situations in the teacher community including putting female teachers in difficult situations.
