      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Mileage and drive time reimbursement. Supervisors always available for questions.

      Cons

      Supervisors not well-trained. They miscommunicate, give wrong information and when BCBA inquires the supervisors do not take responsibility. BCBA gives Supervisors benefit of the doubt and you end up getting feedback and micromanaged.

      Pros

      Great job and great kids! I had to leave becaus another job had more fulltime hours but the team was supportive and communicated with me for all the time. Vivianna was awesome Andrew was awesome and Jenesis.

      Cancellations for sure but the team notified me timely if anything did come up

      Pros

      The kids and seeing them grow.

      Cons

      Supervisors, CEO, and BC's are only interested in what benefits them. They do not pay for cancelations even if it happens at the door. They do not count cancelations against the families even when they do it on a weekly basis.
