- The team at Shinta VR is incredibly trusting and supportive... which makes it all the more fun when the C-level folks pull the rug out from under them! Nothing like a little betrayal to spice up office morale, right? - The employees are genuinely kind and helpful, maybe because they haven’t yet realized that being good at your job doesn’t matter unless you share a last name with someone in charge. - And hey, who needs a proper career path when you have two cute cats in the office? Because really, fluffy distractions are far more important than, say, a stable future or the salary you were promised back in January 2024.
Cons
- Oh, where to start? Let’s give a round of applause to the C-level team for their impressive Houdini act — disappearing when it’s time to deliver on employee promises. Bravo! - They’ve clearly mastered the art of planning… but only on paper. “Recovery plan”? More like “cover-up plan.” - And what’s better than a team that’s tight-knit? A team that’s tight-knit because they’re all family! Because why give opportunities to talented employees when you can just keep it in the family? Nepotism for the win! - Lastly, who knew a company could double as a high-stakes heist movie? Employees’ money vanishing mysteriously? Truly an innovative business strategy!
