everything not a single thing is right about this company they will remove you without any notice give impractical deadlines treat you like slaves and if you don't complete the work in their impractical deadline they will remove you from the company without any notice. the work pressure is very high they ping you anytime at midnight be it 3 am 4 am anytime they feel like have to work more than 16 hours a day still no appreciation at all. Hiring is completely insane they don't know whom to hire for what position have seen wrong hiring going on in this place and they make people abscond from their current job by giving a good hike on their current salary and removing them without notice period. will never recommend anyone to work here. They do tell you that its a . 5 days working culture thing but in real they tell you to work on each and every weekend and promise compensation for that and they dont even give it ever just say you havn't completed the work on time(which is their impractical deadline) so we are not gonna give you anything where as we have worked more then 12 hours for more then 3 months every weekend and no compensation was given
