Good company with great culture but with technical debt

- Great people - Good culture - OK pay and benefits - Awesome officess
Cons
- Rigid technical structure of the application - Tons of technical debt - Almost no space to address technical debt - No space to learn good programming practices (everything should have been done yesterday)
