I will be leaving soon The company does not have the engineering skillset to deliver on most solutions The managers working out of the New York City office are unprofessional and don't understand how to retain employees. As of recent 1 AM and 2 SE's have left all in 1-2 months. People are complacent with incompetence and inefficiencies. I see people come and go. Just avoid the interview because they will put on a show for you to come to the company.

If you're being hired as an Executive then that is the only pro about this company in that the salary will help ease the pains of lack of execution, poor planning, poor bonuses, bad hiring decisions, dissatisfied customers, no career advancement, poor management, and lack of company values. The company has been lucky for the past 10 years to have growth, but that is slowly coming to an end due to having a poor management structure that is ill prepared for moving the company forward and to the next level. Culturally they are misguided, inept at all levels of management, and void of any company values.
