Pros
Great people to work with, managing to get the assigned jobs completed.
Cons
Safety of the employees are not a concern and HEPA laws are ignored. 7 departments and alot of times the 3rd department isn’t allowed to finish their job, before they, and the remaining departments are thrown into the mix and chaos ensues! Only thing that matters to the owner is getting the trucks out the door. Raises, bonuses, and being treated like a valued employee? Forget it!! Your nothing but a body!!!

Not really anything. You can literally find any other job in the Spokane area in the manufacturing field that will be better run, safer and pays more. Management is clueless.
Cons
Micromanaging, poor pay, poor management, basically anything else. OSHA violations.
