Pros

None, the good people leave quickly

Cons

This place is worse than you can imagine, seriously I had a terrible employment experience. No travel insurance when expected to travel often, no health policy, I could not take my leave. No trust, office at all times and its clock watched, very outdated outlook. People fired on the spot and no communication, they just disappear. No one seems to know what they are doing as so much staff always leave. Everything is done cheap. Very poor leadership in general and CEO.

Pros

The pay was decent for Malta and quick promotion.

Cons

SiGMA is a company built on the backs of passionate workers whose good will is abused by upper management. You will find likeable people at SiGMA to have a great time with - just don't get too attached, the company fires people randomly and suddenly with shaky, weak justifications - happened at least 3 times this year. You are NOT compensated for overtime during the events, if you're ready to work an extra UNPAID 200 hours in 2023, make sure you join SiGMA. You do NOT have remote work possibility (well, some people do, but this place has a lot of favoritism). The company has ZERO interest in making an effort to give back beyond the bare minimum. They recently had all 110 employees work an 80-hour week (40 hours overtime) during an event, and gave back 8 hours. What a joke. Being sent to work at our international events is considered a "treat" and a "reward", which is why they won't be paying you overtime for that either. Upper management are extremely unprofessional people with very little experience managing people (at face value anyway) and certain people have a temper. Great if you're looking to be verbally berated at the workplace! Uninformed decisions and rash accusations are the theme of the day from upper management. PS: News just in! No bonuses for everyone this year, because it's "better for the company" and the CEO "wants to double his money" next year.

Pros

Fair salary paid on time

Cons

Clueless upper management without a long term plan, poor leadership skills, not valuing private time or assets, stingy as f***, terrible HR department, no sustainable way of thinking, so many red flags you can't even count
