- The exposure here is truly unlimited — they will make sure you touch every department whether it aligns with your role or not. - Every day brings a brand new challenge, and they will keep bringing them for as long as your spirit holds. - Exceptional opportunity to taste flavors you would have otherwise lived a perfectly happy life never encountering. - You will form a deeply personal relationship with every product this company makes — most of them complicated, all of them unforgettable.
Cons
- The work-life balance is a concept they are aware of, they just choose not to implement it. - Career growth is absolutely possible here, just not for you specifically. - They will ask for your honest feedback on every product, and then make the exact same thing again. - Training is thorough — you will be trained by someone who was also never trained. - The team is like a family, which explains why everything is chaotic, unspoken, and oddly personal. - Your title will change frequently.
